What Does It Cost To Move?

Our business is selling holiday homes on our own pitches. However, if we feel there is a good fit between the Park and an existing holiday home owner from another park, we will let them bring on their caravan.

Fees generally range from £5,000 for a standard pitch up to £25,000 for premium pitches such as lakeside views.

Some contracted work is required in order to complete the move and set up of a caravan. This might cost around £2,000 inc. VAT depending on the contractor.

  • Transport from your park to our pitch
  • Siting & snagging
  • Levelling
  • Connecting
  • Safety checks

When you move your caravan to a pitch at Burton Constable Holiday Park, we will adjust the pitch fees proportionally to cover the services for the rest of the season.

Your current holiday home might already be decked and skirted. We can arrange for this to be transported to your new pitch, or you can commission new decking or skirting if you want.
