All holiday homes at Burton Constable Holiday Park come with a warranty period upon purchase. The duration of the warranty period is contingent on two factors: whether the holiday home is new or preloved.
New Holiday Homes
When a new holiday home is purchased, it comes with a manufacturer’s warranty which is often 12 or 24 months.
Pre-loved holiday homes
Unless a dealer provides a longer guarantee, a pre-loved holiday home bought from BCHP comes with a 3-month warranty on the cooker, boiler, and oven. We are not manufacturers so we cannot guarantee products.
To an extent, customers “roll the dice” with a pre-loved holiday home in exchange for a hugely discounted price vs. buying new (as they are not paying the manufacturer’s and dealer’s profit margin as well as the park’s). You might be lucky or unlucky with your appliances but we will replace certain things in the first few months as a gesture of goodwill if you’re really unlucky!
Our focus is the service, not the product, so we will move heaven and earth to make sure you holiday home experience is and continues to be wonderful, but there are limits to what we can and cannot guarantee regarding the holiday homes themselves.
