The Advent Rosemary is a fantastic lodge, complete with a side entrance and the only lodge we currently have for sale with ramp access onto the decking area.

Inside, there is a large, well-equipped kitchen, leading into a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area. Next to the main entrance is a useful utility room with a washing machine, sink and chest freezer, providing plenty of additional storage.

Further down the hallway are the family bathroom, a single bedroom and a spacious double bedroom with ample storage. The master bedroom comes complete with its furniture and fittings, along with a convenient en-suite featuring a shower, toilet and basin.

The lodge has recently been sandblasted and re-stained, refreshing the exterior and helping to keep it in excellent condition. It has been well maintained throughout and is ready to enjoy.
