Designed in partnership with our wheelchair-using friends, the Cosalt Cezanne is our only accessible holiday home for sale. This holiday home has been newly renovated as of Autumn 2026 with new flooring, appliances and furnishings fitted throughout. The doorways are wide, there is a ramp from the parking space onto the decking, and the lodge is designed to be spacious enough for both manual and electric wheelchairs.

The open-plan living area is designed to have as much space as possible (e.g. the flatscreen TV on the wall), whilst the kitchen has been fitted with a new oven, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

The accommodation is two large rooms: one for one wheelchair user, and the other for up to two carers in a separate twin room. The wheelchair-friendly room has a single bed against the wall. It is fitted with a collapsible 0.5m-wide bed rail for support. The bed is raised, suitable for fitting mobile hoist legs underneath. There is ample space for storing and charging the hoist and electric wheelchair in the room.

The shower room has been fitted with Bathroom Doc M specifications and has a level access shower area.

Please be aware that many of the roads on the park are blue chip stones: these might be a challenge for some manual wheelchair users (or their carers!).
