The Willerby Rio is a beautiful holiday home in a sought-after location on the Park, just a stone’s throw from the Lakeside Bar and Parkland Kitchen and with fantastic lake views.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living area with a modern, well-equipped kitchen featuring integrated appliances. The dining area has fixed seating with plenty of room for the whole family, while opposite is a comfortable fixed seating area which transforms into a sofa bed. Lastly, French doors allow plenty of natural light into the room.

Down the hallway is a spacious shower room, a twin bedroom with ample storage and, at the end, the generous master bedroom.

The master bedroom benefits from plenty of built-in wardrobe space, as well as a dressing table – perfect for taking your time getting ready on those slow mornings. It’s also finished with its own en-suite WC.
