As a general rule, most ownership costs are covered by the annual pitch fee. There are costs on an individual level that depend on use of the holiday home, but as a minimum you should expect to pay for your own electricity and gas (which depend on what the utilities companies charge – we are in their hands on that one), internet and insurance (which you can source yourself but might cost you say £50 per month in total).
Thereafter, you pay for any extras e.g. fishing permits, gutter clean-outs, winterisation, spring cleaning, use of the fitness room, any jobs you want to commission in or around the holiday home etc. etc.
