If you are an owner at BCHP and have set your password for The Owners Portal before, then please try these steps:
- Ensure you have correct input your account details. This is your username or email address, and password.
- Failing this, please click “Lost your password?” on the log in page, and provide your username or email address.
- This will email you a link to set a new password. This will be from “BCHP Webmail”.
- Please allow a few minutes for the email to send through.
- Please check your junk emails, and allow emails from bchpwebmail should they be marked as junk.
